Return Process

  Log into your ShopHomeo® account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
